Caspian Sea fishing in northern Iran: Photos

Fishermen in Iran’s northern province of Mazandaran have officially kicked off their fishing season since mid-October.

Fishing is one of the important occupations in Mazandaran.

Considering the reproduction and release of more than 100 million baby fish into rivers and the sea annually-- which take place with the participation of fishing organizations, fishing is expected to gain momentum this year compared with the previous one.
